One Percent List Fee
The 1% option includes everything you would come to expect from a "traditional" real estate brokerage. Our REALTORS® provide:

- Offer assistance, presentation, negotiation, and contract review to ensure acceptable terms of sale.
- Professional negotiation of any purchase offers. Our job is to provide expertise and market your home effectively. Your job will be to let us know when an acceptable Offer has been obtained.

At this time, all listings represented by Veer Real Estate offer 3.5% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the balance of the final sale price to the cooperating brokerages. At Veer, we recognize that there may be changes to this commission structure in the future and our committment is to stay agile and proactive to best serve our clients in the wake of such a change. Our team is more than happy to show you what commissions are being offered by your neighbours and other sellers listed on the MLS. While, it is sometimes more than 3.5% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the balance, it is seldom less.
