Today, as a buyer you can;

• Search every home listed on MLS from the comfort of your own home
• Research schools and amenities in the community
• With Google maps, you can see traffic patterns and street view of the actual home

As a Seller you can,

• Upload your home to MLS for flat fee (without a Realtor- you may not get a lock box that other real estate agents can use to show your home)
• Take your own pictures and upload them online to showcase your house
• Show your home, do open houses and negotiate your own offers (it is work and not always fun, but if you want to save money, it is an option).
